Despite the winter weather, progress inside Oakwood Academy is heating up! The building is now "weather-tight," meaning the roof, exterior sheeting, and most windows are installed, allowing interior work to proceed smoothly regardless of the conditions outside.

We are entering a detailed phase focusing on "rough-ins": the installation of necessary mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the walls. This includes the infrastructure for our innovative natural ventilation and rainwater harvesting systems. We are happy to report that all teams are coordinating efficiently, keeping the project within its 50 million dollar budget and on schedule for our 2026 opening.
