Build Your Menu: Click Add Tier 1 Item to create your main top-level links. You can also use Import from CSV or Import .sitemap File to load existing work. (Not sure where to start? Click Populate Sample to see a great example!)

Manage Multiple Sites: Building a sitemap for a district and a school website? Click + Add Site at the top to create separate tabs for each website. Click on a tab's name to rename it!

Add Sub-Pages & Reorganize: Click the blue (+) icon on any item to add a sub-page beneath it. You can click and drag the grip icon (the 6 little dots) to easily move pages around. (Check the Icon Legend at the top of the screen for a quick guide).

Provide Your URLs: To help us migrate your content, paste the full web address of your current page (e.g., https://yourschool.edu/about). If it is a brand-new page, you can simply type "New Page" or "Blank Page".

• Note: If an item has sub-pages beneath it, it acts as a "folder" or a dropdown menu, so the URL box will naturally disappear.

Add Migration Notes: Click the orange Pencil icon to leave specific instructions for our migration team on a per-page basis (e.g., "Merge with the Curriculum page" or "Skip the sidebar").

Save Your Progress: Don't lose your work! Click Save Options at the bottom. For smaller sites, you can generate a custom link to bookmark. For larger, multi-tab sites, we highly recommend using the Download .sitemap File button to save a backup to your computer.

Submit to Our Team: When your sitemap is completely finished, click Export to CSV at the bottom to download your final file and send it over to our migration team. (If you built multiple site tabs, it will automatically bundle them into a single .zip file for you).

Need to Start Over? You can delete individual items using the red trash can icon. To completely wipe the slate clean, simply refresh the page.
