Onboarding Journey

Before We Begin

Your Project Manager will

  • Guide you through the onboarding journey.
  • Coordinate meetings for team collaboration.
  • Gather and share details related to project progress.
  • Prepare Site Consultations.

During Onboarding

Your Project Manager will

  • Create the project roadmap that will help keep our teams aligned.
  • Conduct QA reviews for the website and overall project. 
  • Identify any challenges that may cause delays or detours. 
  • Schedule progress meetings. 

Post Launch

Your Project Manager will

  • Conduct Post-Launch follow-ups at 30, 60 & 90 days after the website is live. 
  • These meetings help to ensure your successful use of the platform and continue to introduce new resources.
